Application
Aluminum covered special coating, mainly used for high-precision small aperture or microporous plate drilling in PCB manufacturing process.
Features
- It has a certain hardness and is tightly attached to the surface of the PCB board to prevent scratches and burrs on the upper surface hole opening during drilling;
- The surface coating texture is relatively soft compared to copper foil, making it easy to locate the drill bit when drilling, reducing slip and deflection when contacting PCB, and improving drilling accuracy;
- At the same time, the casing effect formed by the coating can also reduce the wear of the drill needle and reduce the probability of needle breakage, thereby improving the lifespan of the drill needle;
- Combined with aluminum for heat dissipation, it can quickly disperse the drilling heat, reduce the temperature of the drilling needle, and keep the hole wall free of burrs or charring; 5. In addition to using small micro apertures, the number of circuit board layers can be appropriately increased to improve drilling efficiency and reduce drilling costs (suitable drill bits need to be matched).
