Production process overview:
This machine consists of 4 cleaning rollers and 2 cleaning tapes to remove dust and garbage on the substrate. The drawer-type pull-out mechanism of the cleaning tape and the cleaning roller facilitates the replacement and maintenance of items. It has a jumping function. Before the roller contacts the exposure film, the upper roller automatically senses and jumps over the front end of the exposure film or the front end of the substrate exposure film through the sensor, and the roller is pressed down, which effectively prevents the film from rolling.
And it can prevent the rolling of ultra-thin substrates.

● Non-contact drive
– A magnetic drive wheel is used between the motor and the cleaning roller for non-contact drive. According to the non-contact drive, garbage generated from the drive unit can be completely eliminated, and there is no need to use a baffle to block and recycle garbage inside the machine.
– Non-contact drive has the following advantages.
Low noise.
The machine will not be damaged when it is overloaded (for example, when the substrate is blocked by the clamp). Gears, transmission belts and other parts are not used in the drive unit, so consumables are very few. - Jump function
When the substrate is cleaned, the upper roller at the entrance jumps over the front end of the substrate according to the machine jump function, which has the following advantages:-
- Because the upper roller presses down at the moment when the substrate passes the cleaning roller, the load is reduced.
- When used in front of the exposure machine, the front end of the exposure film, the moment it passes the roller, the upper roller presses down the substrate, effectively preventing the exposure film from rolling up.
- When cleaning and dusting thin substrates, avoid bending the front end of the substrate, which effectively prevents the thin substrate from being rolled into the cleaning roller.

The machine is controlled by a touch screen. The touch screen is set directly above the machine for easy operation. - Counting function
Set the number of passes on the touch screen. When the set value is reached, a notification screen automatically appears on the touch screen, and the screen color turns red, and the buzzer sounds an alarm. - Anti-static counter measures
Ion anti-static rods are installed at the exit. Ion anti-static rods can effectively eliminate static electricity on the surface of the substrate after cleaning and prevent foreign matter in the air from adsorbing the board surface. - Digital representation of operating speed
